WALP is the Washington
Association of Landscape Professionals. WALP was founded in 1984
with the goal of building a unified landscape industry through education,
legislative participation and networking comradeships.
WALP represents the landscape, irrigation and green industry for the
State of Washington with several chapters located throughout the state.
WALP members include Landscape and Irrigation Contractors and Maintenance
Contractors, Landscape Architects and Designers, Urban Foresters, City,
County and State Parks and Recreation Departments, Wholesale and Retail
Green Industry Suppliers, Nursery Growers and Suppliers, Educators and
Individuals interested in the landscape, irrigation and green industries.
